Nick Heintz
Coach Nick grew up in a judo family, with several of his uncles achieving success in the sport and his mother being a black belt and Sensei at his former judo club. Nick began his training at the age of 5, quickly developing a passion for the sport. He competed at both the state and national levels throughout his youth, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience in judo.
In late 2013, after being invited by a few friends to an open mat, Nick began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey and has been hooked ever since. His strong foundation in judo has seamlessly translated to BJJ, where he continues to grow as a practitioner and coach. Nick's background in competitive sports, combined with his passion for teaching, makes him a dedicated and effective instructor, focused on helping students develop their technique and reach their full potential.
