Cyrus Kim is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Aldo “Caveirinha” Januario. Cyrus has been training under Professor Caveirinha for over 8 years and was one of his first students in Hawaii after Professor Caveirinha moved to Hawaii from Brazil.

Under Professor Caveirinha Coach Cyrus has grown a love for competitive Jiu Jitsu and the CJJF training curriculum, which forms the foundation for the kids and adult beginner classes.

Cyrus continues to successfully compete in both local and mainland IBJJF tournaments. He prides himself as someone who is humble, friendly and supportive of any student at CJJF, regardless of their goals, and his teaching style is consistent with the positive environment one can find at every CJJF academy.
